Johku Camping – by motorhome, tent or cabin on the shore of Lake Johku

Johku Camping sits right next to the town beach on the shore of Lake Johku. Pick your own caravan pitch, pitch your tent on the meadow or book a summer camping cabin. The station, harbour and shop are within walking distance.

Choose your own pitch

There are 30 numbered caravan pitches, each with a 16 A electrical hook-up. Eight pitches are right on the waterfront. You choose your pitch when booking, so you know exactly where you'll park before you arrive.

Open in winter too

Caravan pitches are open all year. In winter the service building is heated, the sauna is on at weekends, and the ski bus takes you from the centre to the slopes of Johku Fell. A winter season pitch suits anyone skiing all season.

Tent sites and cabins in summer

In summer there are 12 tent sites on the meadow and 8 camping cabins for two or four in the lakeside woods. The cabins have beds, electricity and a terrace. Showers, kitchen and sauna are in the service building.

Everything close by

The beach is next door, the harbour and Johku Outdoor's kayaks are 500 metres away, and the railway station 700 metres. EV charging is free in Johkula, and you can book the Camping's charging point online.
