Booking and cancellation terms
Your booking is made when the order is confirmed. Prices include VAT. You will receive a booking confirmation by email with the barrier and service building codes.
Arrival and departure: caravan pitches from 2 pm, tent sites and cabins from 3 pm. Check-out by 12 noon. Quiet hours 11 pm–7 am.
Cancellations: caravan and tent pitches can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, camping cabins up to 7 days before arrival. Later cancellations are not refunded. Season pitch fees are not refunded once the season has started. Private sauna sessions and EV charging bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
Electricity for season pitches is billed by meter at the end of the season on a separate invoice.
Pets: allowed on caravan and tent pitches and in cabins M2 and M5 (€5 per night). Dogs must be kept on a lead.
